All exchanges MUST be postmarked within 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT (based on the tracking information provided by USPS). This is because I need to keep my inventory fresh and seasonal! Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. You will receive credit for the amount of the item that you exchange. You have 30 days to use your credit before it expires.
To exchange an item, please fill out the form below. The tags MUST be attached and items MUST be in brand new condition (no smells, stains, or signs of wear, or pet hair).
I strongly recommend you send your package with tracking information, just as I send your items with tracking information, as I cannot be responsible for lost exchanges. I allow one round of exchanges only (no refunds) for each new style you bought from MY SHOP (not from any other consultant) as we all run our own separate businesses.
