I am happy to take back an item if you don’t love it! All exchanges MUST be postmarked (or dropped off to me) within 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT (based on the tracking information provided by USPS). This is because I need to keep my inventory fresh and seasonal! The tags must still be attached, and the item must be UNWORN, and free from any odors, stains, or pet hair. If I receive the item and it is not in sellable condition, I will contact you. I appreciate your honesty and cooperation. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. After the item has been inspected, you will receive credit for the amount of the item that you exchange.
To exchange an item:
1) Please fill out the form below. The tags MUST be attached and items MUST be in brand new condition (no smells, stains, or signs of wear, or pet hair).
2) Ship or drop off your item within 3 days of receiving it. You can find my mailing address at the top of any email invoice/receipt from me.
I strongly recommend you send your package with tracking information, just as I send your items with tracking information, as I cannot be responsible for lost exchanges. I allow one round of exchanges only (no refunds) for each new style you bought from my shop (not from any other consultant), as we all run our own separate businesses.
